None one said you had to. But Being in the same Alliance as Ross, means that if it's important to him it's important to me.
Johnboy might try to get into AIW, (Angles in Waiting) That seems to be a pretty good Alliance with low pop members so I doubt he be rejected there.

"WE" don't need to find a home (alliance) for him. I don't care how good the player is on other servers. Players here must show what they have here. He just needs to continue to grow and become stronger, that's all there is to it.

I am at (-142, -79) (-141,-80) (-141, -79) which means he is right beside me.. I can help him out if needed... if that can help him being accepted here

If he doesn't show any growth.. Do I have permission to farm?

He's in a low pop area with lots of small villages... tell him to get farming his old alliance mates, and to make friends with the dark and EOL players around him... I'd say he needs to grow and cranny up... I don't see him being immediately catted by anyone in that area so coming in the server this late may work for him, but he needs to show growth a bit more from my perspective...
